After active role playing (with real life issues), improvisational exercises, case studies and lively discussions, participants leave well prepared to resolve and manage conflicts (and even prevent them before they start!) In their hands they will hold a simple, powerful tool: The Six Steps to Win/Win Solutions an easy and invaluable step by step process that will guide their interactions to successful conclusions.
